Triptobel, a food supplement, contains B complex vitamins and the amino acid L tryptophan. At the same time, it does not thin and does not raise blood sugar.
L tryptophan and B complex vitamins can affect serotonin, melatonin and niacin levels because they stimulate their synthesis.
Many individuals, by consuming large amounts of carbohydrates in stressful situations, affect serotonin levels in the short term, while developing a risk of obesity and diabetes. Triptobel, capsules with L tryptophan and B complex, may have a long-term effect on serotonin synthesis.
Recommended use in adults:
Triptobel 60 capsules = one capsule contains 150 mg L tryptophan with added vitamin B complex.
3x1-2 capsules can be taken daily, preferably on a full stomach after a light meal, preferably without protein.
Before performance, exam: once 2 immediately + 2 after 1 hour
In the evening 2 immediately + 2 immediately before bedtime
